Craig Wilkinson – Employability & Community learning Coordinator 

Craig manages the Employability & Community Learning team for Trafford College and ensures that strategic goals set out by the four (N,S,E(C) & W) Locality  partnerships are achieved through effective partnership working and the delivery of quality community learning. He is responsible for the operational and  quality aspects of employability & community learning provision across Trafford and developing programmes that meet the skills needs of Trafford residents and tackling the recruitment challenges faced by Employers.

Sandra Barber – Community Development Worker

Sandra looks after the North and West areas of Trafford and is responsible for forging new relationships with potential community partners and developing  existing community learning provision. Sandra works with a range of organisations to develop their ideas and helps turn them into accessible learning for the  community

CraigSarah Roiditis – Community Development Worker

Sarah looks after the Central/East and South areas of Trafford and is also responsible for planning   new courses with new and existing partners. Sarah also  works with a number of different organisations to ensure that they can work towards meeting the community learning goals prioritised by the locality  partnerships.

Trevor Eaton – Community Support Worker

Trev provides administrative support to the Community and Pre-employment team and is responsible for the administrative aspects of our learning provision. Through his extensive network of contacts and wealth of knowledge, Trev ensures that community events run smoothly and our learners (and Tutors) receive the support they need to make their learning experience great.
