There are a range of financial incentives available for businesses to ensure your training and expansion can run as smoothly as possible.

In addition to reductions in the costs of training courses, Trafford College are currently offering a range of financial incentives aimed at increasing the number of Apprentices in the workplace.

ESF Funding

Trafford College in partnership with other training providers and the Greater Manchester Centre for Voluntary Organisations (GMCVO) is giving your business the opportunity to access FREE training for your employers via the Skills Support for the Workforce project funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).

The aim of the project is to fund free training and support to help local employers by improving skills in areas that will ensure the best future business growth.

AGE Grant

The AGE Grant is available to any employer who has not employed a new Apprentice within the last 12 months. It is available for companies who employ between 1 and 1000 people, and offers £1,500 per new Apprentice emplyed, available for up to 10 members for staff.
