The role of Heat Transfer Operative is a key function in the company, ensuring that heat applied transfers / logos/ names / initials and numbers are applied to the relevant textile clothing garment in line with the requirements of the business.

The role of Fulfilment and Replenishment Assistant is to ensure that all relevant orders for branding or direct despatch are picked accurately and correctly. And to ensure that any incoming stock is replenished correctly and accurately in line with the requirements of the business.

The role of Packing Operative is also a key function in the company, ensuring that all garments are unpacked / packed as per the Company guidelines and then boxed within the requirement of the relevant job / order in the branding unit.

The role of Order Inputter will be to ensure that all orders are input correctly on to the system with speed and accuracy.

Most of these roles are physically demanding, where also accuracy, attention to detail and speed will be required.  Ideally you will be currently studying a Sport qualification or actively play sport, have a real passion for sport and be physically fit as your will be required to stand for long periods of time.

La Reserve ApartHotel - Manchester 
£7.20 an hour - Part-time

Reporting to the Front Office Supervisor, your main duties will involve working effectively and efficiently in a polite and professional manner as part of the front of house and food/beverage team in relation to the Aparthotel, including (but not limited to):

  • Service of food dishes and drinks from our menus
  • Preparation bar and dining areas for service
  • Attending to all tables services in the dining area, when required
  • Provide attentive, proactive and polite customer focused service to our customers to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Promote and up sell the food and beverage offering to all clients
  • Demonstrate strong personable and customer service skills
  • Identify and resolve customer service problems or issues before they arise
  • Display a positive, friendly, welcoming and informal manner with customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer orders and requests.
  • Operate work areas in a well-organised and systematic manner
  • Keep all work-related areas clean and tidy
  • Work effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Maximising sales opportunities through up selling, cross-selling and achieving add-on sales.
  • Work diligently and maintain a keen eye on details, particularly when dealing with the till and processing customer orders
  • Ensure that the tills reconcile at the end of each shift
  • Help the Front Desk with any assistance they require regarding guest luggage
  • Ensure the reception area is clan and tidy always

You may from time to time be required to undertake additional tasks as directed by the Front Office Manager, for example to cover sick leave, holidays or during busy periods.
