Enrolment

Enrolment is the process of making you a fully-fledged Trafford College student. If you haven’t applied yet, check out the courses we have on offer and apply via our website. Below are the steps that we will take to enrol you when you are invited in at the end of August:

  1. Applicants holding offers will be invited by letter over the summer to an enrolment session which will be between Thursday 23rd August and Thursday 6th September.
  2. When you arrive you will have the chance to meet your tutors and other students. We will ensure that post GCSEs; you will be entered into the correct level given your results.  At this point you will also receive your lesson timetable.
  3. We’ll get you to complete a couple of enrolment forms and get you the up-to-date information on our 2018/19 term dates.
  4. Once you’ve completed your forms your enrolment information will be added to our student database.
  5. Remember to bring your best smile as you’ll have your photo taken for your new College ID card once you’ve had your form stamped. Your ID card will allow you access to the Trafford College turnstiles in reception as well as access to classrooms and printing facilities. It is also a form of identification whilst you are with us.
  6. Pay your fees. If there are fees attached to your course you will need to pay these. If you require financial assistance with your payments our Student Support Team will be on hand to support you.
  7. You’ll then officially be a student at the College! Next step is the first day of term, which is known as Induction Week. Congratulations and welcome, you are officially now a Trafford College student!
