Trafford College invites young learners to sparkle at Bonfire Night Open Event

Trafford College, together with Key 103, is inviting young learners to find their inner sparkle this forthcoming Bonfire Night by attending our Open Day and discovering why there’s never been a more exciting time to study at the College.

New for this year is the College’s apply, interview, offer initiative, which for the first time will see students able to apply for their chosen course, be interviewed on the day and receive their offer before the event’s close. With places at Trafford College highly sought after, the new initiative will give young people the chance to secure their places on their preferred course while they await their results.

Kick-starting the day’s fun bright and early, the College is also throwing in lots of sparkle for all to enjoy, with exciting course tasters and the chance to win four pairs of tickets to Key 103’s Christmas Live event! The 50th and 150th person to arrive at our Altrincham Campus and at our Talbot Road Campus will win. There’ll also be the opportunity to tour the college, speak to existing students and have a go at a number of course related activities.

Taking place at the College’s £25 million Altrincham campus and its £15 million industry standard Centre for Science and Technology in Stretford, young people will get a glimpse into what’s in store for them during their studies. The College offers a wide range of A Levels, and technical and professional courses, as well as a GCSE Resit Programme so there are limitless opportunities to progress learning to the next level. With a £50m investment in world-class facilities, exceptional links with some of the world’s most significant employers and endless work placement opportunities, it’s easy to see why so many people are choosing to study at Trafford College!

The College has celebrated another very successful year, with the majority of students successfully securing their places at the University of their choice, or progressing onto ever popular vocational routes such as apprenticeships, or straight into employment.

The Open Day takes place on Saturday 5 November between 10am and 2pm. Beat the queues and pre-register now!
